GraphicTaskForce was an adhoc design group started in the 2000s by Edmund Seet, Kai Yeo and Yasser Suratman. The trio got together to self-initiate projects outside their jobs in different studios, typically creating graphic statements of their observations which were expressed in the form of stickers and posters and distributed for free.
This sticker is a tongue-in-cheek critique of how Helvetica had become a "safe" choice for designers in the 2000s.
