An organisation set up by public citizens and government officials to reduce deaths and injuries taking place in Singapore's "Public Highways, schools, factories, offices, playgrounds and all other fields of human activity" which are not only causing suffering but a "serious burden on the daily life and economy of the Republic". Its founding chairman was Mr Milton Tan.
